Summertime in Arizona can be rough. Every resident knows the toll the heat takes on our cars, on ourselves and of course on our homes. It also coincides with the time of year when our kids are not at school and in constant search of stimulation. In short, summertime becomes the perfect storm for any Arizona parents’ nightmare scenario; the entire family is home and the Air Conditioner has broken. This was my nightmare, on a Tuesday in the middle of a busy work week. Sometimes I wonder if I’d still be living in that nightmare had it not been for the incredible service and care Day & Night displayed that day.
My wife called me in a panic around 10 am. I could hear the stress in her voice and the chaos of my kids in the background. “The AC is out and the kids are going to be home all day.” The fear immediately set in. What will this cost? How long will it take to fix? Do we need to get a hotel? With a wife already nearing her breaking point, a house rapidly heating, two kids growing increasingly uncomfortable, and no ability to be home myself to help, I needed people I trust. Within a few hours, a technician was at my home. He was kind, understanding, and professional. When he called me to relay the results of his inspection he quickly identified the concern in my voice. Yes, it was important for me to know the costs involved in the repairs and the causes of the issues, but beyond that, he knew I needed reassurance that my home and my family would be cared for. He provided that in spades. He explained the work that needed to be done, assured me that my home would be cooling again very shortly and that my home and my family were in good hands.
Since that day I’ve relied on Day & Night for all my AC, Heating, and Plumbing needs. The peace of mind knowing any time I call, for any job big or small, my home and loved ones will be cared for as if it was the technicians’ own home has made a customer for life.
