I always try to stay on top of preventative maintenance. I understand how important it is to check our systems and keep them performing as strong as possible, I’m even on an annual maintenance plan for exactly this reason, but as they say, the best-laid plans often go awry. When that happened last year on the busiest day of the year for plumbers, Black Friday, well now that was some bad luck. After years of using Day & Night for AC, Heating, and Plumbing issues both big and small, I knew exactly who to call.
Even in an emergency situation and despite how slammed their schedule had to have been, Day & Night still made me feel like a priority. Before long a quality, skilled, and understanding Day and Night plumber was at my door. He assessed the problem quickly and calmly, likely picking up on my panic and concern, and had the tools and parts necessary to fix our broken pipes before any major flooding or lasting damage could take place. Nobody wants to spend their Thanksgiving weekend worrying about their home’s plumbing. Thanks to Day & Night, I didn’t have to. Every Thanksgiving, our family likes to take part in the tradition of going around the table stating that which we’re most thankful for. This Thanksgiving when we gather around again I know one thing I’ll be sure to mention. Day & Night and the wonderful services they provide. I already knew they were a great company, but after this incident I fully understood what they mean when they say The Difference is Day and Night.
